Where can I reach out for questions / concerns?

When will my items ship? 

  1. Pre-Orders: These items are expected to shipped an estimated 4-8 weeks after pre-orders close. Once pre-orders close, we immediately place the order for production / manufacturing. We will notify via email once these items have been produced and shipped! PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19, shipping times may be take longer than estimated.
  2. Limited Quantities / In-Stocks: All limited quantity or 'in-stock' items will remain available for purchase until all sizes have been sold out. Certain items may be restocked due to demand. Orders will be shipped in 3-7 business days when in stock.

Washing / drying instructions?

All shirts, hoodies, etc are recommended for washing on cold, and hang-drying only. We typically use high quality, soft garments made with 100% cotton, machine drying may result in shrinking & fading.

Will my items ship separately or together?

If your order contains multiple items (consisting of pre-orders, in-stocks, or delayed items) - your order will ship once all items are in stock. If you wish to have your items to arrive on time, please make a separate order for any pre-order or  delayed items or feel free to contact us at carcosabc@gmail.com for any questions!

Can I change or add to my pre-order?

Yes, provided it has not shipped, we can change or add to your order! For any questions or concerns about an existing order, please contact us directly via email at carcosabc@gmail.com.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Cancellations requested 5+ business days after purchase may be subject to a one time cancellation fee due. Due to the limited nature of made-to-order pre-order items, once pre-orders have closed, we cannot fulfill any cancellations. 

Can I return my items? 

Due to the limited nature of our products, we are unable to provide returns / exchanges on any limited edition or pre-order items - all sales are final. If your shipment is lost, damaged, or if you have any issues or concerns regarding your order, please contact us directly via email at carcosabc@gmail.com. 

 

 

Does my purchase directly help CARCOSA?

Yes! This store is operated entirely by us.  All proceeds go directly into funding our future endeavours: new music, merch, content, touring, and more.
