Where can I reach out for questions / concerns?

All customer concerns can be sent to for a response within 1-2 business days. Please reach out to us within 15-30 days for any issues regarding tracking, lost packages, etc.

When will my items ship? 

  1. Pre-Orders: These items are expected to shipped an estimated 4-8 weeks after pre-order launch. We will notify via email once these items have been produced and shipped! Due to worldwide shortages some items may take longer than others - for any questions please reach us at
  2. Limited Quantities / In-Stocks: All limited quantity or 'in-stock' items will remain available for purchase until all sizes have been sold out. Certain items may be restocked due to demand. Orders will be shipped in 3-7 business days when in stock.

Washing / drying instructions?

All shirts, hoodies, etc are recommended for washing on cold, and hang-drying only to retain full quality. We typically use high quality, soft garments made with 100% cotton, machine drying may result in shrinking & damage.

Can I change or add to my order?

Yes, provided it has not shipped, we can change or add to your order! For any questions or concerns about an existing order, please contact us directly via email at

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Pre-orders, or items that have not shipped yet require a 15% restock / cancellation fee due to irreversible transaction fees. Please reach out to us at for any questions related to cancellation.

Can I return my items? 

We do not offer returns. Please be sure to ensure your order details are correct before shipped, and kindly refer to sizing charts in all item descriptions for sizing. Any dyed items fluctuate due to dying processes and may not appear 100% the same as pictured.

We may offer refunds on lost, damaged items - if you have any issues or concerns regarding your order, please contact us directly via email at  

Will my items ship separately or together?

If your order contains multiple items (consisting of pre-orders, in-stocks, or delayed items) - your order will ship once all items are in stock. If you wish to have your items to arrive on time, please make a separate order for any pre-order or  delayed items or feel free to contact us at for any questions!

Does my purchase directly help CARCOSA?

Yes! This store is operated entirely by us, all items are packaged & shipped by hand from us directly.  All proceeds go towards funding our future endeavours: new music, merch, content, touring, and more.
