When will my in-stock items ship?

All limited quantity or 'in-stock' items will remain available for purchase until all sizes have been sold out. In-stock orders will be shipped between 7-14 business days when in stock.

When will my pre-order ship? 

Pre-orders are expected to ship an estimated 4-8 weeks after pre-order launch. All items are made to order and we will notify via email once they have been produced and shipped. For any questions please reach us at carcosa@carcosabc.com.

Washing / drying instructions?

All shirts, hoodies, etc are recommended for washing on cold, and hang-drying only to retain full quality. We typically use high quality, soft garments made with 100% cotton, machine drying may result in shrinking & damage.

Can I change or add to my order?

Yes, provided it has not shipped, we can change or add to your order! For any questions or concerns about an existing order, please contact us directly via email at carcosa@carcosabc.com.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Pre-orders, or items that have not shipped yet require a restock / cancellation fee due to irreversible transaction fees. Please reach out to us at carcosa@carcosabc.com for any questions related to cancellation.

Can I return my items? 

We do not offer returns. Please be sure to ensure your order details are correct before shipped, and kindly refer to sizing charts in all item descriptions for sizing. Any dyed items fluctuate due to dying processes and may not appear 100% the same as pictured.

Does my purchase directly help CARCOSA?

Yes! This store is operated entirely by us, all items are packaged & shipped by hand from us directly.  All proceeds go towards funding our future endeavours: new music, merch, content, touring, and more.
